As with most things in life, I didn’t quite expect to fall into cooking professionally. Though it shouldn’t have been much of a shock given the mock restaurant I would put on with my little sister in our basement. My ethos on food is to take bits and pieces from a variety of sources. The real American way: collecting flavors and inspirations in my travels and my endeavors eating out. I don’t find myself cooking one way, though of course I have a style, but integrating flavors from places I’ve been and places I wish to go.

I particularly enjoy helping others execute events in a vision they wanted but couldn’t quite achieve on their on. I love hosting and to help others host. I hope my work can foster a sense of ease. Though these things are meant to create joy, they often find themselves pressing our buttons, I aim to release some of that pressure!
